<p>We are looking for our first deal desk manager based in NYC! Reporting to our COO , you'll be the strategic anchor point for commercial deal execution—balancing speed, structure, and compliance across high-value cybersecurity contracts. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Ops, Security and Tech to accelerate deal cycles while ensuring every engagement meets our policies</p>
<h4><strong>You will be more specifically in charge of things like...</strong></h4>

<h4>Support the Sales Department:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as a point of contact for account executives to expedite deal processes, reducing sales cycle time and improving deal efficiency:</li>
<li>Support the Sales teams on the full deal lifecycle for new sales, renewals, and upsells, ensuring that deals are structured for success and compliance.</li>
<li>Support the Sales teams on complex or non-standard deals, offering guidance on contract terms, pricing models, and negotiation tactics</li>
<li>Review and validate contracts, order forms, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.</li>
<li>Serve as the subject matter expert on pricing, discounting, term structuring, and commercial approvals for key customers with our strategy team.</li>

<h4>Deal Review and Approval Process:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage the deal approval process, ensuring timely review by relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Implement a structured process for approvals, providing transparency and consistency across the organization.</li>
<li>Collaborate with legal, finance, product, account management teams to assess non-standard terms, manage risks, and address customer requirements</li>

<h4>Risk Management and Compliance:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all deals comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and any regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Assess and manage potential risks in deal terms, flagging any issues that could impact the company’s liability or profitability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Legal and Securty teams to align customer terms with industry-specific compliance needs (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).</li>

<h4>Process Optimization:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Help build a scalable deal desk framework and governance model.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve deal desk processes, tools, and workflows to enhance deal velocity and reduce bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Work on implementing automation tools or CRM optimizations to streamline the deal desk’s operations.</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights to leadership on deal velocity, pricing trends, and approval bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Train Sales and Account Manager teams on deal processes and tools.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h4><strong>It would be great if you have...</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance at a cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS company.</li>
<li>Proven experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and large, complex deals involving security and compliance review.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models, including ARR, discounting, and renewal management.</li>
<li>Familiarity with sales and legal processes tied to data protection, security SLAs, and procurement compliance.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce RCA</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills; able to influence and educate stakeholders across departments.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience a plus.</li>
