You will play a key role in optimizing our financial stack and ensuring seamless integration across our tools. In this role, you will work primarily with Coupa, along with other finance tools like Kofax and Amelkis. Working with Marie Brandicourt in the Finance Transformation team, you will help scale our financial processes while maintaining robust controls and efficiency. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Product Owner at Qonto, you will:- Manage and optimize Coupa (and other tools) design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs and data integrity- Lead all enhancements, support, request processing, problem detection and resolution activities, including incoming and outgoing interfaces- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience- Work closely with the Corporate Automation technical team (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and Finance Transformation Project Managers- Provide support and training to business users- Maintain system documentation and process guidelines and manage IT audit on your scope 🤔 What you can expect:- A role combining technical expertise with business process optimization- Close collaboration with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams and Corporate Automation technical team- Opportunity to work on multiple tools and systems (Coupa, etc)- Regular system upgrades and feature implementations 🤝 About your future managerMarie Brandicourt is the Lead Finance Transformation at Qonto. She plays a key role in shaping Qonto’s financial systems and processes. As Lead Finance Transformation, she drives operational efficiency, governance, and strategic improvements within the Finance team. Her path?Marie has been instrumental in strengthening Qonto’s financial infrastructure. She built the Procurement function from the ground up, implemented key financial tools such as Coupa, OCR, and expense management systems, and led process efficiency projects. She also oversees the governance of internal controls, ensuring robust financial operations. What does she bring to the team?Marie combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset to enhance financial processes at Qonto. Her ability to implement and optimize reporting tools, procurement workflows, and expense management solutions streamlines operations and supports the company’s growth. 👩‍💻 About our team: Our Tech and Data department proudly counts more than 400 international members, including Backend and Frontend engineers, Mobile engineers, SREs, Data, IT, and Security experts. Our engineers actively participate in discussions regarding the product's direction, manage our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

⚙️ About our technical stack: our primary languages are Python, Golang and Ruby for Backend, EmberJS (soon React!) for Frontend, and Kotlin and Swift for our mobile apps. Our platform runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice. We're also using Kafka for our event-driven architecture and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools, services, and applications. Additionally, our data team harnesses a state-of-the-art modern data stack, seamlessly integrating Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Scikit-learn, and XgBoost.
