<h4>What you'll do</h4><ul><li>Support the development and optimization of partnership processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Examples include building automations and notification alerts using tools like Zapier and ClickUp.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of partnerships activities in our systems, ensuring data integrity and providing regular performance metrics to the team.</li><li>Support our joint marketing plans with Partners and event planning and execution</li><li>Support the partnerships team in managing strategic partnership projects from initiation to completion. This involves ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive approach to partnerships.</li></ul>

<h4>Who you are</h4><ul><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with partnership-related tools, such as CRM systems, project management software, and automation platforms.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to identify problems, align resources, and deliver measurable business impact for the Partnerships team.</li><li>Have a collaborative approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.</li></ul> <h4>How we work</h4><ul><li>Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
