<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of our engineering initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Tech Leadership, to ensure seamless delivery of technical and functional projects. With your deep understanding of both engineering and product needs, you’ll help balance technical and business priorities, manage key stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment. You will be part of a fast-growing team, contributing both to innovation and structure.</p>

<br><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><p><ul><li><b>Team Leadership &amp; Vision:</b></li><div>Lead a team by building a clear, shared vision that aligns with company goals. Challenge product decisions when necessary to ensure a sustainable development process.</div><li><b>Development Lifecycle Management:</b></li><div>Apply practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle to help the team deliver high-quality solutions, on time, and with well-managed risk.</div><li><b>Strategic &amp; Tactical Leadership:</b></li><div>Operate at both a strategic level, shaping the direction of the engineering organization, and dive deep into specific product or technical topics when necessary.</div><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b></li><div>Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure smooth communication, alignment of goals, and delivery of projects that meet technical and business requirements.</div></ul></p>

<br><h4>Who you are</h4><p><ul><li><b>Experience </b></li><div>15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles such as Engineering Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Product Team Lead with a strong technical orientation.</div><div>Proven track record of managing teams and delivering technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</div><div>Experience working closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers, with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</div><div>Prior experience or understanding of the TPM (Technical Program Manager) or EPM role is a plus, ideally having worked with TPMs or similar roles and recognizing their value.</div><div><br /></div><li><b>Technical Expertise:</b></li><div>Hands-on experience in leading tech delivery projects.</div><div>Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, including handling tech debt and prioritizing product development tasks.</div><div><br /></div><li><b>Leadership &amp; Change Management:</b></li><div>Experience in leading teams through growth phases, organizational change, and the introduction of new processes or rituals.</div><div>Able to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, adapting to the needs of a fast-evolving engineering organization.</div></ul></p><br><h4>Opportunities</h4><p><ul><li><b>Growth &amp; Innovation:</b></li><div>Be part of a fast-growing engineering team with a high level of seniority</div><div>Participate in large-scale initiatives as part of the engineering leadership, contributing to both innovation and organizational structure.</div><div><br /></div><li><b>Impact:</b></li><div>Take initiative in defining and evolving ways of working, creating new rituals, and improving processes across the organization.
