<h4>What you'll do:</h4><ul><li>Build, Manage and coach a team of BDRs to generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the Enterprise and Corporate team.</li><li>Lead a highly motivated and high-achieving team, including hiring, training and mentoring.</li><li>Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance of the outbound team to ensure quotas are met and achieved.</li><li>In partnerships with Growth, RevOps and Marketing, provide reporting on lead volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversions, and sales opportunities generated against each marketing campaign.</li><li>Work hand-in-hand with the RVP of Sales to build and roll out innovative prospecting strategies.</li><li>Closely monitor metrics against goals and call out any issues identified with a proactive solution.</li></ul>

<h4>Who you are:</h4><ul><li>2+ year’s experience directly managing a team of SDR/BDR’s (growth-stage experience highly preferred).</li><li>Experience as a quota exceeding BDR.</li><li>Metrics-driven - driving the team to keep on top of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets.</li><li>Strong executive presence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and business ethics.</li><li>Expert in using Salesforce and other sales tools/products (Outreach, Gong...) to drive productivity.</li><li>Proven ability to effectively hire and train new reps.</li><li>Growth Mindset, a desire to bring out the best in your teams.
