This role will be focused on building deep partnership across GTM business units by focusing on our KPIs and providing critical analysis and insights to help drive related business decisions. You will be responsible for developing methodologies, dashboards, and models to enhance and maintain our reporting and quarterly budgeting.To be successful in this role you must be data driven, have strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will drive long-term value by taking extreme ownership to diagnose problems, analyze solutions and drive implementation to create impact. This role will report directly to the Head of GTM Strategic Finance. <h4>What You'll Do</h4><ul><li>Function as a hands-on, strategic partner to GTM business leaders while working directly with the Head of GTM Finance on critical business initiatives</li><li>Support management to build, maintain and report on growth models and forecasts supporting revenue / spend optimization</li><li>Assess key metrics across GTM functions to craft a strategy that aligns the financial model to OKRs and uncovers growth opportunities within the respective functions</li><li>Monitor and improve GTM operational efficiency by using a variety of tools including Hubspot, Pigment and CaptivateIQ</li><li>Work closely with our data analytics team to source and structure data, ensuring we have reliable and accurate forecasts and KPIs</li><li>Assist in planning activities and the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles for all GTM teams</li><li>Collaborate on all financial models to identify key investment opportunities and partner with business leaders to operationalize their budgets</li><li>Maintain scalable financial reports and models to validate and communicate quarterly business reviews, KPIs, and monthly forecasting cycles</li><li>Support ad hoc strategic projections to meet business objectives</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and provide detailed variance reporting to business partners </li></ul><h4>Who You Are</h4><ul><li>BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or high-growth technology/SAAS company in GTM strategic finance or FP&A</li><li>Strong track record of supporting B2B SaaS GTM teams, including, sales, customer success, partnerships and marketing</li><li>Experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) for revenue analysis</li><li>Expert Excel Skills;
