She built Qonto's Legal team from the ground up and has significant experience in scaling Legal functions and implementing Legal tech solutions. Her scope covers all of Qonto's markets, and she's passionate about developing her team members' skills and supporting their growth. 🏅 About You: • Fintech Expertise: You have substantial experience in the fintech or payment sectors, with a proven track record of handling Legal frameworks for financial products.• AI Implementation: You understand the intersection of AI and Legal processes, with experience in implementing or overseeing AI-driven solutions in a Legal context.• Product Legal Experience: You have demonstrated success in creating and maintaining terms and conditions for financial products, particularly in credit-related services.• Strategic Thinking: You can balance business objectives with Legal requirements while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.• Leadership Skills: You have experience leading cross-functional teams and can drive collaboration between Legal and product teams effectively. • Languages: fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, German or Spanish is a strong advantage. 👩‍💻 About our team: Our Tech and Data department proudly counts more than 400 international members, including Backend and Frontend engineers, Mobile engineers, SREs, Data, IT, and Security experts. Our engineers actively participate in discussions regarding the product's direction, manage our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

⚙️ About our technical stack: our primary languages are Python, Golang and Ruby for Backend, EmberJS (soon React!) for Frontend, and Kotlin and Swift for our mobile apps. Our platform runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice. We're also using Kafka for our event-driven architecture and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools, services, and applications. Additionally, our data team harnesses a state-of-the-art modern data stack, seamlessly integrating Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Scikit-learn, and XgBoost.
