<h4>What you'll do</h4><ul><li>Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives.</li><li>Qualification &amp; Discovery: Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit based on Pigment’s ICP and value proposition.</li><li>Outbound Support: Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization.</li><li>CRM &amp; Pipeline Management: Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate pipeline conversion.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Demonstrate coachability, accept feedback openly, and adapt to new processes and messaging with guidance.</li></ul>
