You will play a critical role in driving revenue by securing new enterprise clients and positioning Gorgias as the premier choice for large-scale e-commerce businesses.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DTC sales in the SaaS industry, proven success with enterprise accounts, and the ability to execute ambitious sales goals independently.<h4>What You’ll Do</h4><ul><li>Develop and Implement Closing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aimed at closing high-GMV merchants, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets. </li><li>Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Work closely with the CRO and executive team to refine acquisition strategies and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). </li><li>Engage Prospective Clients: Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of Gorgias’ solutions. </li><li>Drive Sales Processes: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. </li><li>Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal support for acquisition efforts. </li><li>Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to adapt acquisition strategies accordingly. </li><li>Report on Sales Metrics: Provide regular updates on acquisition progress, pipeline status, and key insights to the executive team. </li></ul><h4>Who You Are </h4><ul><li>Experienced Sales Professional: 5+ years in sales with a proven track record of success in acquiring enterprise-level clients within the SaaS industry.
