<h4>What you'll do</h4><ul><li>Your mission is to ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across all integration partners. You’ll work closely with them and with our Senior Architects/ Partners to deliver the highest-quality models. You’ll also be expected to develop your project-management and technical skills to provide an initial level of analysis.</li><li>Communicate with partners and customers to gather all documents required by the Pigment Framework.</li><li>Use the analysis framework to deliver a first layer of automated qualification with AI.</li><li>Understand, review, and validate business requirements translated from the customer by the partner.</li><li>Understand, review, and validate design architecture.</li><li>Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of the models configured for the customer.</li><li>Determine when to escalate issues to a Senior Architect and/or the partner to address identified gaps.</li><li>Collaborate with Senior Architects and Pigment’s Product Team to design and build GenAI-based QA tools that support and accelerate all QA activities.</li><li>Provide level-1 support to partners on modeling activities.</li><li>Provide level-1 support to partners on integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs).</li><li>Onboard onto the Pigment platform, complete full certification, and begin your path toward Pigment modeling mastery.</li><li>Apply learnings from each experience to improve your performance and contribute to the growth of the wider Pigment ecosystem.</li></ul>
