<p>We’re looking for an experienced and strategic <strong>Head of Revenue, EMEA</strong> to lead and scale our revenue-generating teams in Paris. Reporting directly to our <strong>Global CRO</strong>, you will oversee Sales and Account Management across the EMEA/APAC region, owning the full revenue lifecycle: from new business to retention, expansion, and upsell. Your mission? Drive sustainable growth through operational excellence, customer obsession, and market leadership.</p>

<p>You will lead and grow a high-performing revenue organization, focused on:</p>

<li><strong>End-to-end revenue ownership</strong>: Oversee new business, upsell, renewal, and expansion efforts across all customer segments in EMEA.</li>

<li>Design and lead the revenue strategy for EMEA and APAC, including new market opportunities.</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth by leveraging DataDome’s multiproduct security platform and our strong partner ecosystem.</li>
<li>Build and scale high-performing Sales and Account Management teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Finance) to align go-to-market messaging, pricing, and business models.</li>
<li>Implement scalable, data-informed sales and customer success processes and playbooks.</li>
<li>Develop and optimize compensation plans and performance metrics to drive motivation and accountability.</li>
<li>Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue at risk, adjusting strategies for sustainable growth.</li>
<li>Lead competitive market analysis and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategy.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of creativity, customer obsession, and innovation across teams.</li>
<li>Be directly involved in high-value contract negotiations and strategic deals.</li>
<li>Stay connected with customers to ensure their needs influence product development and roadmap.</li>
</ul>
<h3>👤 It will be great if you have…</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in sales, revenue leadership roles, ideally in SaaS and/or cybersecurity.</li>
<li>Proven success in scaling teams and processes across EMEA markets.</li>
<li>A strong track record in managing complex sales cycles and large enterprise accounts.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, playbooks, and sales operations.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in English; French is a plus.</li>
</ul>

This group consists of 3 sub teams focused on Data Analysis, Data Science, and Detection. They are responsible for discovering new innovative ways to use ML technologies, contributing to continuous improvement of our real-time detection engine by adding new signals, analyzing real-time bot traffic, and creating dedicated data visualizations to help customers decide how to act when they encounter bot attacks.
