⭐ Mission: Join us as Lead Marketing Italy at Qonto, where you will orchestrate our comprehensive marketing efforts to solidify our position as the leader in fintech solutions in Italy. Your strategic vision will drive our growth and directly influence our market penetration, brand reputation, user acquisition and engagement in our second-largest market.In this pivotal and leadership role, you will ensure that our local marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated with our sales and partnerships teams in Italy, as well as with our central brand and acquisition teams. He has successfully scaled sales and marketing operations in multiple markets and will be a valuable mentor in your journey. 🏅 About You:• Experience: You have a proven track record of at least 8 years leading marketing teams and crafting strategies that drive brand growth and customer acquisition and engagement.• Leadership: You are an experienced manager who excels at developing talent and leading cross-functional teams.• Cross-functional Coordination: You possess strong coordination skills, with experience working alongside sales and partnerships teams, as well as aligning with central marketing units.• Industry Knowledge: You have worked in fast-paced, tech-focused environments, ideally scaleups (in fintech or related sectors is a plus).• Communication: You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company at all levels.• Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Italian. 👩‍💻 About our team: Our Tech and Data department proudly counts more than 400 international members, including Backend and Frontend engineers, Mobile engineers, SREs, Data, IT, and Security experts. Our engineers actively participate in discussions regarding the product's direction, manage our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

⚙️ About our technical stack: our primary languages are Python, Golang and Ruby for Backend, EmberJS (soon React!) for Frontend, and Kotlin and Swift for our mobile apps. Our platform runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice. We're also using Kafka for our event-driven architecture and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools, services, and applications. Additionally, our data team harnesses a state-of-the-art modern data stack, seamlessly integrating Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Scikit-learn, and XgBoost.
