Reporting directly to our Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation &amp; Benefits strategy and execution.

<h4>What You’ll Do:</h4><ul><li>Create our C&amp;B philosophy to attract and retain our talents&nbsp;Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our philosophy</li><li>Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind</li><li>Deploy &amp; manage the annual increase process worldwideManage our equity attributions, refresh and exercising processes</li><li>Automate and optimize our C&amp;B processes, campaigns &amp; workflows</li><li>Participate to global projects such as budget definition, forecast and ad-hoc analysis</li></ul>
