<h4>What you'll do: </h4><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including reviewing customer contracts, issuing invoices, onboarding new customers, collecting payments, and reconciling transactions.</li><li>Take ownership of AR bookkeeping and ensure accurate tracking and follow-up on all customer accounts.</li><li>Support revenue-related month-end closing activities, ensuring timely reconciliation, documentation, and reporting of financial data.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Accounting and FP&amp;A teams to meet closing deadlines and uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Assist with broader accounting tasks such as revenue recognition, bank reconciliations, and accruals.</li><li>Contribute to the year-end closing and consolidation of Group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to support effective financial operations.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to AR processes and contributing to the overall quality of financial operations.</li><div> </div></ul>

<h4>Who You Are:</h4><ul><li>You have Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.</li><li>3+ years in an Accounting firm or within an in-house Accounting department.</li><li>Strong knowledge in accounting under French GAAP and IFRS standards.</li><li>Solid understanding of Quote to Cash process</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.</li><li>Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential for this role.</li><li>Strong communicator and fast learner, with a natural curiosity.</li><div> </div><div>Nice to have</div><li>An experience with NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus.</li><li>Background in a Saas or high-growth scale-up environment would be a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with revenue recognition rules under IFRS 15.</li></ul> <h4>What we offer:</h4><ul><li>Competitive package</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Swile vouchers and Gymlib subscription</li><li>Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and London</li><li>High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions.</li><li>Hybrid remote policy</li></ul> <h4>How We Work:</h4><ul><li>Thrive Together:  We can only win as a team.
