Her approach combines a strategic vision for scalability with a hands-on commitment to operational excellence. 🏅 About You • Experience: You have at least ~10+ years of total professional experience, with a minimum of ~3 years of experience managing people managers (not just individual contributors).• Industry Knowledge: You have a strong background in Fintech or Payments, with deep expertise in KYC, KYB, and AFC (Anti-Financial Crime) regulations.• Operational Skills: You have experience managing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partners and have successfully managed larger teams or scaled operations in a high-growth environment.• Mindset: You are a structured problem-solver who takes ownership of complex topics and can navigate regulatory frameworks beyond just reading the rules.• Languages: You are fluent in English and Italian. 👩‍💻 About our team: Our Tech and Data department proudly counts more than 400 international members, including Backend and Frontend engineers, Mobile engineers, SREs, Data, IT, and Security experts. Our engineers actively participate in discussions regarding the product's direction, manage our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

⚙️ About our technical stack: our primary languages are Python, Golang and Ruby for Backend, EmberJS (soon React!) for Frontend, and Kotlin and Swift for our mobile apps. Our platform runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice. We're also using Kafka for our event-driven architecture and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools, services, and applications. Additionally, our data team harnesses a state-of-the-art modern data stack, seamlessly integrating Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Scikit-learn, and XgBoost.
