Pigment is searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in building empathy for our customer’s challenges, defining Pigment’s value proposition within EPM and helping drive demand for our product. The mission of our Product Marketing team is to be the voice of the market in the product, and the voice of the product in the market. As such, you will work closely with Product Strategy, Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales and Enablement to ensure we understand our customer’s key pain points and are able to articulate how Pigment addresses them. You will help us distill feedback into actionable insights which align our customers’ pain and our business strategy. And you will share this expertise with demand generation team members so that we can create awareness and demand for Pigment.

<h4>What you’ll do</h4><ul><li>Crystallize Pigment’s value proposition within EPM, by conducting persona research, gathering feedback from internal and partner teams and testing our product yourself</li><li>Develop messaging and positioning, build and deliver sales tools across the sales cycle, including presentations, webpages, and other tools, to enable GTM teams to communicate the value of Pigment effectively</li><li>Share current and upcoming trends with GTM and product teams to inform our future positioning and product roadmap</li><li>Facilitate alphas and betas for product testing, focusing on the validation of our value proposition and sharing prioritized feedback with product teams</li><li>Understand complex buying/selling processes around EPM and specifically financial consolidation involving multiple decision-makers for software and solution purchases and translate that to successful GTM strategies</li><li>Manage product launches by building value messaging in collaboration with product management, develop collateral and sales tools, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft marketing plans and own product launches.</li><li>Own the process to prioritize Pigment-wide feedback we collect from various sources (CSMs, Support, Sales, Partners, etc.), support product decision-making, equip field teams on how to answer questions about it and close the loop with relevant parties as appropriate</li><li>Work closely with demand generation teams (field marketing, content marketing, etc.) to create campaigns to drive demand for Pigment.</li><div> </div></ul>

<h4>Who you are</h4><ul><li>You have experience as a Product Marketer preferably in a EPM vendor focused on financial consolidation and/or FP&amp;A across relevant industries with a solid understanding of the related finance processes.</li><li>You have a solid background in Enterprise Performance Management software with a good understanding of the core finance processes such as planning/forecasting, consolidation and reporting.</li><li>You have a strong understanding of the finance persona within a business, particularly as the primary decision-maker in the buying process.</li><li>You are comfortable to evangelize and promote Pigment at field marketing events, conferences, tradeshows, to analysts and customers.</li><li>You have an analytical mind and are comfortable using numbers to tell a story, provide recommendations and show results</li><li>You are able to create frameworks and processes so decisions can be made logically and the same rigor can be consistently applied to various decisions</li><li>You are able to engage with technical stakeholders and simplify terms for non-technical audiences too</li><li>You have a fluent level of English proficiency and, while not a copywriter, are comfortable developing written communications for different audiences (internal and external)</li><li>You are comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to adapt to changing business priorities</li><li>You are scrappy and able to produce results with imperfect information and limited resources.</li></ul> <h4>What we offer</h4><ul><li>Competitive package</li><li>Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth</li><li>Bike2work scheme – save on a new bike and gear while commuting the greener way</li><li>Trust and flexible working hours</li><li>Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Paris, and London</li><li>High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions</li><li>Remote-friendly environment</li></ul> <h4>How we work</h4><ul><li>Thrive Together:  We can only win as a team.
