<h4>What You'll Do:</h4><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to 3 Executives: Head of US Sales, Head of Global Strategy, &amp; Head of Global Demand Generation </li><li>Perform calendar management for exec based on evolving business needs</li><li>Organization and preparation of internal and external top management meetings</li><li>Drive the exec’s external engagement portfolio and logistics</li><li>Organize exec travel agenda, logistics and coordination</li><li>Process relevant expense reports</li><li>Draft, document and store official memos</li><li>Physical and phone reception of internal and external contacts</li><li>Carry out additional duties as assigned by the exec</li></ul>
