<br><h4>Key Responsibilities :</h4><p><ul><li>Vision and Strategy :</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Roadmap Definition &amp; Leadership:</b> Define, prioritize, and oversee the supply chain product roadmap to align with market needs and customer pain points.</li><li><b>Application Development:</b> Lead the creation of cutting-edge supply chain applications with a focus on enabling strategic planning across different use cases.</li><li><b>AI Integration:</b> Work closely with the AI product team to seamlessly incorporate AI capabilities into our supply chain solutions, providing clients with advanced automation, scenario analysis, and forecasting capabilities.</li><li><b>Market Insights &amp; Competition:</b> Gather and analyze customers feedbacks, industry trends, and competitive data to drive product innovation and ensure Pigment's supply chain offerings are best-in-class.</li><div><br /></div><li>Collaboration and Support with the GTM Team</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Sales and Implementation Support:</b> Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure our products meet client needs and drive successful outcomes during the sales cycle and implementations.</li><li><b>Enablement</b>: enable GTM teams on the Vision and Strategy.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Be the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure go-to-market strategies are effectively planned and executed.</li></ul></p>

<br><h4>Who You Are:</h4><p><ul><li>Must have :</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Supply Chain :</b> You have 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Management.</li><li><b>Implementation :</b> Proven track record of successfully implementing Supply Chain Planning software as a Solution Architect (or a similar role).</li><div><br /></div><li>Ideally : </li><li><b>Product :</b> You understand both product development and client needs, and you thrive in environments where product and customer needs intersect.</li><div><br /></div><li>Soft skills required: </li><li><b>Innovative Thinker:</b> You have a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems and you are excited about the potential of AI to reshape the supply chain landscape.</li><li><b>Collaborative Leader:</b> Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams, driving alignment between stakeholders.</li></ul></p><br><h4>What we offer:</h4><p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package </li><li>Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth</li><li>We encourage you to take the time you need.
