<h4>What You'll do:</h4><ul><li>Understand our target audiences, which include leaders in Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain. Identify the problems they face, the reasons they would choose Pigment, and the value they expect in return.</li><li>Stay informed about external market dynamics and guide internal teams on how these should influence our strategy.</li><li>Develop messaging for sales and marketing that connects with our target audiences, clearly conveying how Pigment can help them.</li><li>Bring a point of view on the role of AI for our target audiences. Collaborate with the content team to develop thought leadership pieces, work with the field team to create narratives for events, and partner with the digital team to ensure the website and paid messaging are aligned.</li><li>Collaborate with the Integrated Campaigns team to create cross-channel campaigns that generate demand for Pigment.</li><li>Manage product launches, working with the product team from beta to general availability (GA), and coordinate all promotional activities—including storyboarding content, developing collateral, and training our sales and customer success teams.</li><li> Measure the impact of your contributions using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.</li><li> Work with Customer Marketing to create content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts.</li><div> </div></ul>

<h4>Who You Are:</h4><ul><li>You have over 6 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager with a background in a SaaS company.</li><li>Curious about AI, ideally with relevant experience.</li><li>Experienced in selling to Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain management.</li><li>Familiar with marketing tactics, particularly integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>Possess excellent communication skills.</li><li> Scrappy, resourceful, action-oriented, detail-oriented, and have a strong ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact.</li><li> Excited to partner with teams outside of marketing, such as sales, enablement, and product.</li><li> Comfortable working with data and using it to support your recommendations.</li><li> Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.</li><li> Fluent in English; and French if Paris based. </li></ul> <h4>What We Offer:</h4><ul><li>Competitive package</li><li>Equity</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and London</li><li>High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions.</li><li>Hybrid remote policy (3x per week at the office)</li></ul> <h4>How We Work:</h4><ul><li>Thrive Together:  We can only win as a team.
