<h4>What you'll do</h4><ul><li>Drive Pigment’s customer acquisition across France, Southern Europe and the Benelux, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product and RevOps).</li><li>Develop and execute on Sales Led Growth strategies with a heavy outbound emphasis.</li><li>Partner with Regional and Global Sales Leadership to identify, develop, and implement an effective sales strategy across Europe.</li><li>Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives in Europe to meet and exceed goals.</li><li>Mentor new Account Executives with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, and tooling.</li><li>Drive ownership for individual performance, define and manage the monthly and quarterly sales objectives and build internal metrics to bring detailed visibility to sales performance.</li><li>Measure and manage the pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts.</li><li>Drive sales cycles for critical wins, successfully uncover problems, present solutions, manage the sales cycle and close deals in important and high-visibility transactions.</li><li>Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust with direct reports and the entire sales department</li><li>Work with Marketing to set the vision and execution of demand generation activities.</li><li>Accurately forecast your team’s performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.</li><li>Implement, execute and improve effective processes, tools, and motivational activities to support sales activities with the RevOps team.</li></ul>

<h4>Who you are</h4><ul><li>Collaborator: Ability to cross-functionally build trust across Pigment, our partners ecosystem and with prospects, creating relationships that produce impressive sales outcomes.</li><li>Communicator: Talent for engaging prospects and stakeholders with clear, concise communications, and presenting information in a way that drives individuals to action.</li><li>Architect: A passion for planning, designing and implementing sales strategies, to make the complex simple and clear obstacles to achieving results.</li><li>Scientist: Mindset to view sales as accountable for performance, examining systemic factors and data to diagnose problems and arrive at reimagined, agile approaches for improving sales results.</li><li>Leader: Employ vision setting and influence skills that allow you to garner client champions while inspiring your team to achieve prolific levels of performance.</li><li>Builder: as one of the first Pigment leaders in one of the highest potential segments, you have a “driver” mindset and lead from the front.</li></ul> <h4>What we are looking for</h4><ul><li>3+ years’ experience or equivalent in managing a Sales team (SaaS experience in Sales Led Growth organizations required).</li><li>You have experience managing deal cycles of 6 months + with average contract values in excess of 100K€.  </li><li>You have experience of driving growth within the French Market .</li><li>You are passionate about our overall mission at Pigment and how it can bring value to our clients. </li><li>You have experience implementing and driving a structured sales methodology, such as Command of the Message or a similar framework.</li><li>You ideally have relevant experience in finance, supply chain, sales performance management or business planning related solutions.</li><li>You have a deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships within organizations of up to 5000 employees.</li><li>Experience managing executive-level relationships at the C-level.</li><li>You are a resourceful, creative problem-solver when faced with the business needs of your clients, and understanding how Pigment plugs into the bigger picture for them.</li><li>You are multilingual and can speak French fluently and English to a professional level.</li></ul> <h4>How we work</h4><ul><li>Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
