Working closely with Paolo Montinaro, who is establishing this critical function, you'll help shape how Qonto approaches pricing and packaging decisions while ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams, including strategy, product, and finance. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Pricing &amp; Packaging Project Manager at Qonto, you will: • Support the execution of multiple concurrent pricing projects per quarter by maintaining project timelines, documentation, and communication channels• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of key pricing initiatives• Organize and facilitate weekly pricing-related meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups within 24 hours• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including weekly status reports and executive presentation materials• Proactively identify potential risks or blockers and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track 🤔 What you can expect: • Market/Team Context: You'll be joining a newly formed team that centralizes the Pricing and Packaging function at Qonto. As one of the first team members, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes and make a significant impact.• Team Structure: You'll work directly with Paolo and collaborate closely with a Pricing and Packaging Expert (currently being hired). Thanks to these experiences, he developed a sound understanding of Pricing architecture within the subscription packages space.• What can he bring to the team?As the leader of Qonto's newly created Pricing &amp; Packaging function, Paolo is building a team focused on identifying market best practices and implementing added value initiatives that maximize Revenues. 👩‍💻 About our team: Our Tech and Data department proudly counts more than 400 international members, including Backend and Frontend engineers, Mobile engineers, SREs, Data, IT, and Security experts. Our engineers actively participate in discussions regarding the product's direction, manage our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

⚙️ About our technical stack: our primary languages are Python, Golang and Ruby for Backend, EmberJS (soon React!) for Frontend, and Kotlin and Swift for our mobile apps. Our platform runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice. We're also using Kafka for our event-driven architecture and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools, services, and applications. Additionally, our data team harnesses a state-of-the-art modern data stack, seamlessly integrating Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Scikit-learn, and XgBoost.
