<h4>What you'll do</h4><ul><li>Partner with Engineering &amp; Product leaders to understand hiring needs, team context, and role expectations, and translate them into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.</li><li>Headhunt top Engineering and Product profiles (Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, etc.) through sourcing, proactive outreach, and market mapping.</li><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the roles assigned to you, from intake to offer, including:</li><li>Screening applications and inbound interest</li><li>Conducting pre-qualification interviews</li><li>Assessing technical and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring teams</li><li>Provide an excellent and consistent candidate experience, acting as a strong ambassador of Pigment’s culture and values.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, coaching hiring managers on best practices, market insights, and interview processes, and helping drive hiring decisions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the internal TA and HR teams to ensure alignment on processes, tools, and standards.</li><li>Track and report on talent acquisition metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, sourcing efficiency, candidate experience) to identify best practices and areas for improvement.</li></ul>

<h4>Who you are</h4><ul><li>Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or RPO role, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment, with a strong focus on Engineering and Product hiring.</li><li>Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, with the ability to adapt from high-volume hiring to more retained, niche, or senior searches when needed.</li><li>Comfortable working in an RPO setup, balancing autonomy with close collaboration and accountability toward internal stakeholders.</li><li>Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset: you enjoy building, improving, and adapting recruitment practices rather than just executing them.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers, and act as a credible advisor.</li><li>Highly organized and comfortable using ATS, sourcing tools, and productivity tools to manage priorities in a structured way.</li><li>Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Pragmatic problem-solver, able to move fast, unblock situations, and make sound judgment calls.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of rigor and follow-through.</li><li>Thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.</li></ul>
