Reporting directly to our Head of People, this role will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation &amp; Benefits strategy and execution.

<h4>Who You Are:</h4><ul><li>You have significant experience in Compensation &amp; Benefits (8 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&amp;B practices, notably of the North American market</li><li>You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment</li><li>You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy</li><li>You are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple</li><li>You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!</li><div> </div></ul>

<h4>What You Will Do:</h4><ul><li>Upgrade our C&amp;B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain our talents, notably by benchmarking our practices with the best-in class Tech companies </li><li>Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our strategy</li><li>Manage our equity attributions</li><li>Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness, while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind</li><li>Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers, and handling relationships with them</li><li>Deploy &amp; manage the annual increases’ process worldwide in the Pigment Application.  </li><li>Automate and optimize our C&amp;B processes, campaigns &amp; workflows</li><li>Participate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis.</li><div> </div></ul> <h4>How we work</h4><ul><li>Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
